Know Your limits

The more that you know about  how your body works for you the better off that you are going to be.  The more that you exercise, the more that you are going to get to know your body and what it can do. 

When I go into a workout, I always have set goals that I am going to achieve, and I do not stop until I reach them.  This allows me to really push my body to where I thought that it would not go.  This is good for the most part.  It produces results.   You have to really watch what you are doing though because this is a good way to get yourself injured if you are not careful.

You can push yourself to the limit, but you have to know where the limit is.  You have to push your body to get the results that you are looking for.  Make sure that your ego stays out of the way.  This is the truth about workouts.  This is where you can get yourself into trouble.

Exercising and using good form does not mean that you are not being intense.  Actually this is the opposite.  You will get a better, and a safer workout.  You have to use good for to get six pack abs.  The best thing that you can do is to be sure that you are using good form.  This forces you to work the muscle that you are working, and little else.  That is what you want in the first place.
