lower the reps for your ab training

the workout that i am going to be doing for abs today will be short and sweet. i have learned to get in a really good ab workout and get it done fast because i never really liked to trainn my abs. i have found that 6 pack abs workouts with weights is the besty way to go for me anyway. i use weight plates for resista nce and cut the workout tie in half. abs are like any other muscle group and will respond to reisitance training very  well. i find that by using lower reps instead of higher reps that my abs respond great.
