using drop sets
drop sets are a way that you can really make your workouts more intense and i use them all of the time to get the workouts to really work for me that is for sure. i do not use them in revery workout annd i do not use them with every exercise and this is because they are very taxing on yyour body and you do not want to gooverboard and get over trained. i will use drop sets on the last set of a tough exercise and that is usually good for me. i like to do home exercises becauuse i can not really get to the gym/
