What Are The Preventive Measures of Knee Pain?

Knee pain is caused mainly by friction of the knee joint, injuries resulting from excessive stretch of the knee and accidents. While injuries from accidents cannot be foreseen, some restrain can be prevented. The most effective preventive measures of Knee pain include warming up before taking to the field for a sport or any other exercise .Walking up the stairs also warm up the knees instead of lifts thus keeping knee joints in a healthy form. If you are a gymnast, avoid an abrupt increase of weight rather increase the weights gradually to build strong leg muscles translating to healthy knees. Lastly, ensure that the shoes you wear fitting shoes to ensure body weight alignment is balanced.
